Apprentice Electrician Level III/IV | Tulsa, OK        (Day Shift)

Apprentice Electrician – Level III/IV

Total Ascension Group is seeking motivated and experienced Level III/IV Apprentice Electricians to join our growing team. We perform a wide range of commercial, industrial, multifamily, and specialized electrical projects throughout Oklahoma and surrounding areas.

This position is ideal for apprentices who already possess a solid foundation in the electrical trade and are looking to continue developing their technical abilities, leadership skills, and overall understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, maintain a strong work ethic, and are driven to grow into higher levels of responsibility within the company.

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with and performing commercial, industrial, multifamily, and specialized electrical installations

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, electrical schematics, and project specifications

  • Installation of conduit systems including EMT, rigid conduit, cable tray, and related raceway systems

  • Pulling wire and completing electrical terminations for systems ranging from 120V to 480V

  • Assisting with installation of lighting systems, panels, transformers, switchgear, motor controls, and related electrical equipment

  • Assisting with troubleshooting electrical systems and identifying installation issues

  • Working independently on assigned tasks with limited supervision

  • Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work environments at all times

  • Demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and strong communication on jobsites

  • Assisting with training and mentoring lower-level apprentices when appropriate

  • Contributing positively to company culture through teamwork, professionalism, safety leadership, and continuous improvement

  • Supporting project production goals while maintaining quality workmanship and safe work practices

  • Following company safety procedures and OSHA regulations at all times

Qualifications

  • Active Oklahoma Apprentice License required

  • 3+ years of electrical experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of commercial electrical installation practices

  • Basic understanding of NEC and applicable electrical codes

  • Ability to perform electrical tasks with limited supervision

  • Experience bending and installing conduit systems preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings

  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

  • Ability to travel as required for projects

  • Must possess tools required by company tool list

  • Successfully complete pre-employment screening

  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and communication skills

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for continued growth and advancement within the electrical trade

Work Environment & Schedule

This position may require working in commercial, industrial, multifamily, and specialized construction environments both indoors and outdoors under varying jobsite conditions.

Standard working hours are typically scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; however, schedules may vary depending on project requirements, deadlines, jobsite needs, or customer demands. Overtime and adjusted work hours may occasionally be required.

Some travel may be required depending on project location and operational needs.

This role may also require:

  • Standing, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces

  • Working at heights while following proper safety procedures

  • Lifting and moving materials, tools, and equipment as necessary

  • Maintaining safe work practices and professional jobsite conduct at all times

Tulsa and surrounding areas.
Travel may be required depending on project location.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, licensing level, skillset, leadership ability, and overall qualifications.
