Foreman Electrician | Tulsa, OK (Night Shift)

Total Ascension Group is seeking experienced and motivated Electrical Foremen to join our growing night shift team. We perform a wide range of commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail remodel, and specialized electrical projects throughout Oklahoma and surrounding areas.

This position is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced, production-focused environments and take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, team development, and delivering successful projects under demanding schedules. Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • Leading and managing crews on commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail remodel, and specialized electrical projects

  • Coordinating nightly jobsite activities to maintain aggressive production schedules and project deadlines

  • Maintaining high team morale and fostering a collaborative, professional work environment

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents

  • Understanding and applying project specifications and code requirements

  • Coordinating with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and clients

  • Managing manpower, workflow, and material usage to help maintain labor efficiency and project budgets

  • Performing daily reports and maintaining accurate electronic jobsite documentation

  • Utilizing software platforms including Procore, Excel, Word, PDF software, email communication, and related project management tools

  • Assisting with RFIs, change requests, field coordination, and project documentation

  • Identifying and communicating project issues, scheduling concerns, and potential conflicts proactively

  • Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work environments at all times

  • Training, mentoring, and developing apprentices and journeymen

  • Demonstrating strong leadership, professionalism, accountability, and communication skills on jobsites

  • Following company safety procedures and OSHA regulations at all times

Qualifications

  • Active Oklahoma Electrical Journeyman License required

  • Foreman or leadership experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, and commercial/industrial installation practices

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings proficiently

  • Experience managing crews, production schedules, and jobsite coordination

  • Proficiency with Procore, Excel, Word, PDF software, email communication, and electronic documentation platforms

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to lead teams while maintaining professionalism, accountability, and positive jobsite culture

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Ability to travel as required for projects

  • Must possess tools required by company tool list

  • Successfully complete pre-employment screening

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for growth, leadership, and long-term success

  • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, production-driven environments

Work Environment & Schedule

This position may require working in commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, and specialized construction environments both indoors and outdoors under varying jobsite conditions.

Standard night shift hours are typically scheduled from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM Sunday night through Thursday night; however, schedules may vary depending on project requirements, deadlines, jobsite needs, or customer demands. Overtime and adjusted work hours may occasionally be required.

This position is geared toward fast-paced, production-focused projects where efficiency, adaptability, leadership, and strong teamwork are essential.

Some travel may be required depending on project location and operational needs.

This role may also require:

  • Standing, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces

  • Working at heights while following proper safety procedures

  • Lifting and moving materials, tools, and equipment as necessary

  • Maintaining safe work practices and professional jobsite conduct at all times

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience, leadership ability, project management capabilities, and overall qualifications, plus an additional 7% night shift incentive, with opportunities for bonuses, profit sharing, advancement, and long-term career growth.

Travel & Per Diem

Travel-related benefits may include:

  • Company-booked/paid hotel accommodations for qualifying out-of-town projects

  • Daily food per diem for qualifying travel projects

  • Travel pay for projects located beyond 60 miles

  • Mileage reimbursement for qualifying travel beyond 60 miles
